• Lulusan S1 di bidang Ilmu Komputer, Teknik Informatika, atau Sistem Informasi.
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai IT Infrastructure/Support.

• Menguasai OS Windows, Mac OS dan Linux

• Familiar dengan konsep backup, high availability, dan Disaster Recovery.
• Memiliki pemahaman terkait perangkat keras & lunak komputer, serta printer.
• Memahami konfigurasi jaringan (WAN, LAN, Internet, VPN, Keamanan).
• Menguasai Infrastruktur Blade Server, SAN Storage dan NAS Storage
