Position Summary
As a Service Crew / Waiter, you will be the face of Serasan Coffee Community. You will be responsible for delivering warm, attentive, and professional service to both local and international guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating in English.
Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
Present menus and confidently explain food and beverage offerings
Take guest orders accurately using the POS system
Serve food and beverages according to service standards
Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback, and complaints
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Assist with opening and closing duties
Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
Uphold Serasan's hospitality and service standards at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred
Able to communicate comfortably in spoken English
Friendly, confident, and well-groomed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
