About Rocket Clicks
At Rocket Clicks, we help Family Law Firms grow through focused, performance-driven digital marketing.
We are not a generalist agency. We are building the definitive growth partner for family law firms by combining deep marketing expertise, real law firm operating experience, and a disciplined approach to execution.
Our team thrives on solving hard problems, improving client performance, and building trusted long-term relationships. We care about results, and we also care about how the work gets done.
Our culture is rooted in six core values:
- Proactive – We anticipate opportunities and act before problems arise.
- Disciplined – We remain focused and committed to excellence.
- Candid – We communicate clearly and directly.
- Empathetic – We understand and respect the perspectives of others.
- Accountable – We take ownership of results, good or bad.
- Results-Oriented – We focus on outcomes, not busyness.
If these values resonate with you, you’ll feel right at home at Rocket Clicks!
The Ideal Candidate
You are a well-rounded paid media operator who can run every part of the discipline, with particular strength in platform execution and AI-assisted workflow. You can build and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and the rest of the paid stack, but the work that comes most naturally to you is the platform layer: account structure, bidding strategy, conversion tracking, audience design, and budget pacing.
You work independently. When CPA spikes, conversion volume drops, or a campaign behaves in a way no one can explain, you investigate it, find the root cause, and put together a fix. You read the tracking. You check the queries. You inspect the auction data and the landing page experience. You do not need a checklist to know where to start.
You are also fluent with modern AI tools. You use them every day, and you build workflows, prompts, and custom skills that other people on the team can run. You know where AI speeds up the work and where it produces output that is not usable.
You can execute, review other people's work, and mentor Paid Media Specialists. This role is technical and operational. Strategy is owned by the Director of Paid Media.
If you want to do strong, well-rounded paid media with platform depth and AI fluency at the center of it, this is a fit.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Paid Media Manager is the senior execution and quality role on the Rocket Clicks Paid Media team.
Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, this role is responsible for paid media execution across all assigned client accounts, with particular ownership of campaign architecture, bidding and budget management, conversion tracking, search query review, AI workflow development, quality control of deliverables, and direct mentorship of Paid Media Specialists.
This is a step above the Paid Media Specialist role. The Paid Media Manager is responsible for making sure the work is correct across every layer of paid media, that platform builds are clean, that deliverables are accurate, and that the team's AI-assisted processes improve over time.
Required: Proficiency across all aspects of paid media, advanced platform expertise across Google Ads and Meta, fluency with AI tools and AI workflow design, and the ability to diagnose problems independently.
- Pay range monthly: USD 3,000 - 4,500 per month
- Location: Remote-Philippines (100% Work From Home)
- Work Schedule: 8AM to 5PM Central Standard Time
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
- Campaign Execution
- Build and manage paid search, Local Service Ads, Performance Max, display, video, and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and the rest of the paid stack.
- Own account architecture across client accounts, including campaign and ad group structure, keyword segmentation, audience definitions, asset feeds, negative lists, and the exclusions that protect spend.
- Diagnose CPA spikes, conversion drops, lead quality issues, and performance shifts. Trace symptoms to root cause across bidding, tracking, creative, audience, query mix, and landing page.
- Lead search query analysis, audience and placement reviews, and bidding model tuning. Identify wasted spend, junk queries, fraud signals, and bid strategy mismatches.
- Own conversion tracking integrity, including Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, offline conversion uploads, Google Analytics 4 events, and call tracking integrations.
- Translate platform findings into clear, actionable recommendations for account managers, creative, content writers, and developers.
- Review the implementation of paid recommendations end-to-end. Verify that what shipped matches what was specified.
- Stay current on platform updates, bidding model changes, policy shifts, and how AI-driven ad products affect targeting, creative, and measurement.
- Creative Development & Landing Page Strategy
- Direct ad creative production by writing creative briefs that specify the offer, audience, message hierarchy, intent stage, format requirements, and testing structure.
- Structure responsive search ad copy, headlines, descriptions, and asset extensions for CTR and quality score, with messaging that matches search intent and landing page promise.
- Plan creative variants across formats, including responsive search assets, Performance Max creative, Meta image and video, and retargeting sequences, so each placement gets the right asset at the right stage.
- Build conversion paths that connect ad, message, and landing page cleanly, with no friction between click and intended action.
- Review and improve existing landing pages and ads for message match, conversion rate, mobile experience, and load speed.
- Identify creative gaps based on funnel stage, audience segment, competitor pressure, and offer testing needs.
- Surface underperforming creative and landing pages that should be refreshed, retired, or rebuilt.
- Review creative and landing page work before launch for platform compliance, message alignment, conversion soundness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Partner with creative teams, copywriters, and developers to make sure published work matches the brief, the offer, and the campaign structure it lives within.
- AI Workflow Development & Process Engineering
- Design, build, and refine AI-assisted workflows that speed up paid media research, audit production, creative review, query analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Develop reusable AI prompts, skills, and standard operating procedures that the Paid Media team can run repeatedly with consistent quality.
- Identify high-friction, high-volume tasks across the paid media discipline and replace manual repetition with reliable AI execution paths.
- Test new AI tools, model versions, and integrations. Validate output quality before rolling anything out to the broader team.
- Document AI workflows so they are transferable, auditable, and improvable by anyone on the team.
- Use AI to speed up work without producing unreviewed or generic output. Keep human review on anything client-facing.
- Performance Diagnosis & Reporting
- Monitor paid KPIs across assigned accounts, including spend, impressions, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, lead quality, ROAS, and pacing.
- Diagnose what is changing and why. Pull the platform, query, creative, audience, and tracking signals that explain the movement.
- Identify patterns across accounts and surface platform or executional fixes that can be rolled out broadly.
- Conduct competitive paid analysis to understand what is structurally different between winning and losing advertisers in a given market.
- Improve the clarity of paid media reporting so both clients and internal teams understand what changed, why it changed, and what action is being taken.
- Quality Control & Team Support
