Monitoring & Operasional

  • Monitoring jaringan, server, aplikasi, dan layanan TI 8 x 5
  • Mengoperasikan platform monitoring berbasis Grafana yang telah tersedia mencakup pemeliharaan dashboard, alert rules, fine-tuning, dan troubleshooting operasional komponen stack
  • Pengananan first-level support oleh desktop support onsite terkait LAN, WIFI, MFA (enrollment, reset, panduan self service) dan basic network operations harian
  • Pengelolaan alert dan insiden menggunakan tools ITSM
  • Mendeteksi bottleneck, latency, packet loss atau potensial downtime dengan eskalasi insiden ke vendor firewall sesuai matriks eskalasiyang disediakan


Incident Handling

  • Tanggap darurat terhadap insiden dengan eskalasi sesuai SOP
  • Penanganan first-level support oleh desktop support onsite
  • Root cause analysis untuk insiden major (yang berada di lingkungan NOC) dengan tenggat waktu pelaporan 3 hari kerja


Reporting dan Analisis

  • Laporan harian, mingguan, bulanan (insiden, availiability, SLA, kapasitas, status MFA dll)
  • Root cause analysis dan rekomendasi peningkatan layanan untuk komponen yang berada dalam lingkup NOC
  • Laporan eksekutif bulanan untuk manajemen



Qualifications

  • Berpengalaman sebagai IT Support minimal 2 tahun di lingkungan enterprise
  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1
  • Memiliki sertifikat CCNA yang masih berlaku (wajib, bukan opsional) dan/atau Fortinet
  • Memahami konsep jaringan LAN/WAN, VLAN, WIFI enterprise
  • Memiliki pemahaman/pelathan sangfor management bandwidth (menjadi nilai tambah)
  • Memiliki pemahaman terhadap Microsoft (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, MFA) dapat memberikan first-level guide ke user
  • Familiar dengan ITSM tools dan ticketing workflow
  • Dapat berkomunikasi yang baik, proaktif, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
