OverviewWe are seeking experienced Epic Data Conversion / Bridges / Interfaces Analysts to support integration and interface development efforts. This role is focused on designing, building, and maintaining interfaces within Epic and/or Oracle Health EMR environments.Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage changes to specifications
  • Prioritize, coordinate, and implement system updates and requested changes
  • Review and test each new release; troubleshoot problems and questions from end users
  • Design and develop clinical and business interfaces in Epic and/or Oracle Health EMRs based on project scope and workflows
  • Ensure solutions follow scalable architecture, standard development practices, and project constraints
  • Mentor team members on integration and data conversion best practices
  • Provide technical guidance on small to medium efforts with limited supervision
  • Develop, support, and maintain system design documentation and build materials
  • Create detailed testing scripts across all phases of the testing lifecycle (functional, integration, mapped record, and/or parallel revenue cycle testing)
  • Perform daily monitoring of production interfaces
  • Adhere to system configuration and change control standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues; escalate complex issues as needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Epic Bridges/Interfaces Certification
  • 7+ years of interface engineering/development experience
  • 5+ years of experience with the Rhapsody Interface Engine
