Responsibilities :

  • Supporting distributors’ sales and marketing activities

  • Reviewing enquires and providing quotations

  • Reviewing of orders, contracts, Letter of Credit and processing orders.

  • Monitoring of Quotations , Orders and Projects.

  • Following up on outstanding payments from distributors and customers.

  • Supporting on after sales service requests

  • Giving basic presentation on company and products to a variety of audiences in a variety ways. (Eg. formal/informal tendering, sales presentations, product training, etc.)

  • Involving in sales development and strategies planning

  • Maintaining the Customer Master Data in CRM and SAP

  • Monitoring Hit Rate Report, End User of distributor and discount level 

  • Ensuring a smooth sales Process

  • Communication & Working together with the other division 

  • Other tasks assigned by immediate superior as deem fit
