  • Tugas Manager Operasional
    • Mengembangkan serta menerapkan kebijakan dan prosedur kegiatan operasional
    • Mengelola dan mengawasi tema SPV Oprasional Area.
    • Merumuskan enhancement agar proses yang dilakukan bisa lebih efektif dan efisien.
    • Memastikan semua proses dilakukan sesuai dengan peraturan atau kebijakan yang berlaku.
    • Memonitor performa dari timnya, biasanya melalui evaluasi, training, coaching dan pemberian feedback.
    • Mengupayakan pencapaian tujuan, misalnya dengan alokasi budget, alokasi sumber daya dan forecasting.
    • Menjaga hubungan dengan owner/Investor.
    • Berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain untuk meningkatkan proses operasional.
    • Melakukan monitoring performa untuk memastikan kualitas Jasa/ Service.
    • Menyusun dan melaporkan performa Omzet, Weekly, Month, Quartal dan Yearly  ke upper management.
