Job summary:
As a Product Specialist (Dental), you will hold an essential role within the Dental Care (DC) division / business unit for developing the business portfolio, and implementing marketing & sales related activities for dental products. This role will focus on marketing & sales, and will be working under the Product Manager, and in coordination with all sales, operations, and supporting teams.
Key Responbilities:
Product expertise: Possess deep understanding of the product being handled for dental, and
respective dental procedures in clinical settings – and provide any inquiries respective to the
products (e.g technical information, trouble shooting, etc).
Business: Conduct comprehensive market overview for the respective product (product
trends, competitor’s landscape, pricing, and activation strategies), initiate marketing
strategies to support the business, together with the supporting & operations team: assist to
arrange product pricings, stocks, etc.
KOL Marketing: Identify new Key Opinion Leaders, maintain relationship with existing Key
Opinion Leaders for product marketing activities and product knowledge transfer.
Alignment: supporting the sales team for any product technical assistance, presentations,
trainings, & assist external channel management (hospitals, dental clinics, universities, etc).
Principal contact: Be the point of contact for dental principals, maintain the relationship with
existing principals and handling the respective activities (marketing alignments, support,
managing principal reimbursement programmes (if any), etc) , and identify potential
principals for business opportunities.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Fresh graduates with a strong passion for Sales and Product Specialist roles are welcome to apply. Previous experience as a Product Specialist in the medical device industry will be considered a strong advantage. Experience in the dental industry is highly preferred.
Have good communication skill, strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in team or indepedently.
Proficient in English both writing and speaking is a plus.
