Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a remote sales team for a UK-based business. You'll set strategy, coach your team, manage the pipeline, and ensure consistent delivery against revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales consultants to hit monthly and quarterly targets
- Set individual KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
- Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through to close
- Report on sales performance to senior leadership with forecasts and recommendations
- Develop and refine sales processes, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks
What You'll Need
- 4+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong coaching ability and experience developing sales talent
- Proficiency in CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting
- Reliable internet and a professional home workspace
What's on Offer
- Salary: R30,000 per month
- Full-time, permanent remote position
- Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
