Responsibilities
Support daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving machine and process issues to minimize downtime.
Implement and maintain 5S, GMP, and continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.
Monitor production processes, record data, and report abnormalities to supervisors.
Support team coordination and provide input for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Food Technology.
Experience in food & beverage manufacturing is preferred.
Skilled in troubleshooting skills with analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to guide others, and good decision-making skills
Willing to work in a shift system. Placement: Pondok Ungu, Bekasi
