General Responsibilities:
Manage daily operation such as:
Documentations: HB/L, MAWB, AWB, HAWB, Manifest, D/O, Invoice, COO, RO and BL for domestic shipment.
Email: Pre-alert, NOA, POD (Proof of Delivery) to agents or customers.
Monitoring shipment starting from booking until delivery complete.
Verification all invoice from vendor.
Understand process booking to shipping line and airline both international and domestic.
Costing and billing process in system.
Make and monitor schedule courier to take document, D/O or send document and D/O.
Follow up & maintain communication with agents or customers.
Conduct coordination with all relevant teams.
Requirements:
Experienced in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding company (minimum 2 years).
Familiar with export, import, domestic activity for ocean and air freight.
Understanding of logistics documents, process, and flow.
Computer literate: Microsoft Office especially Ms. Excel.
Effective communication and service oriented.
High responsibility and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till completed.
Fluent in English both oral and written (Preferable).
