Job Description:
Welcome guests and conduct a comprehensive safety briefing before the activity begins.
Explain ATV operating procedures and riding techniques in accordance with company SOPs.
Ensure all guests wear the required safety equipment correctly.
Lead and guide guests throughout the ATV trail while maintaining safety at all times.
Monitor guests during the ride and provide assistance whenever necessary.
Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in compliance with company standards.
Perform pre-ride and post-ride inspections of ATVs and safety equipment.
Report vehicle damage, maintenance issues, or potential hazards to the relevant team.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and assist with evacuation procedures when required.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the briefing area, safety equipment, and operational areas.
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional, and enjoyable experience for guests.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth daily activities.
Qualifications:
Minimum High School/Vocational High School graduate or equivalent.
Be able to communicate in English Language (Basic English).
Previous experience as an ATV Guide, Adventure Guide, Tour Guide, or in a similar role is an advantage.
Ability to operate an ATV confidently and safely.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures and emergency response.
Good communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Friendly, responsible, disciplined, and customer service-oriented.
