RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead project execution to achieve the established project objectives in terms of quality, cost, safety, and schedule.
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring effective coordination across all project functions.
Lead the site team to ensure the availability of resources required for optimal productivity.
Coordinate with the Procurement, Design, Quantity Surveying (QS), and other relevant departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage and monitor the overall project budget, cash flow, and cost performance.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project objectives.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management, while developing strategies to achieve project targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, contractual requirements, and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Review and approve major project decisions, technical issues, change orders, and contract-related matters.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Mentor and develop project team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
Uphold integrity and promote ethical standards within the project environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Proven experience leading the construction of a five-star hotel project; experience with projects located in Bali is preferred.
Willing to be based in Bali for the duration of the project.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
