About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will lead strategic industrial engineering initiatives focused on process optimization, capacity planning, shopfloor planning and layout design, and productivity improvement. You will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing performance, improve material flow, optimize resource utilization, and support manufacturing expansion and operational scalability.
Responsibilities
Lead industrial engineering projects to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and operational performance.
Drive capacity planning activities and optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and production resources.
Design and improve shopfloor layouts and material flow processes to maximize operational effectiveness.
Conduct line balancing, time and motion studies, and workflow analysis to identify opportunities for productivity improvements.
Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and improve overall operational efficiency.
Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends, solve problems, and support data-driven decision-making.
Manage and coordinate cross-functional improvement projects involving Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through process improvements and resource optimization.
Develop and maintain Industrial Engineering metrics, standards, dashboards, and performance reports.
Support strategic manufacturing growth initiatives, including process scalability, facility expansion, and operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with manufacturing quality, safety, and environmental requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Capacity Planning, Material Flow Optimization, Line Balancing, Time Study, Motion Study, and Work Measurement.
Hands-on experience in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, or Continuous Improvement.
SAP ERP experience is preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and driving measurable operational improvements.
Strong project management, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization tools (E.g Power BI).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
