Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of mechanics and technical staff, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards across all maintenance activities.
Oversee scheduled and corrective maintenance of the EV motorcycle fleet to maximize uptime and minimize operational downtime.
Manage spare parts inventory, procurement coordination, and vendor relationships with workshops and parts suppliers.
Monitor fleet technical performance, track repair turnaround times, and report key maintenance KPIs to management.
Develop and enforce SOPs for vehicle inspection, servicing, and safety compliance in line with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with the operations team to align fleet availability with daily ride-hailing demand and driver schedules.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production, automotive service, or fleet maintenance operations.
Proven leadership experience managing a technical or workshop team (Experience leading large teams of 40–50+ mechanics or technicians is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Civil Works, with a solid understanding of MEP principles.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Willing to work Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturday half-day (09:00–13:00).
Preferably available to join immediately or within a month notice period.
