Run the Stream, Lead the Team
Behind every high-performing livestream is someone who made it all work — the schedule, the team, the tech, and the results. We're looking for someone who thrives in the chaos of campaign days, knows TikTok Shop and Shopee inside out, and can lead a team while keeping performance on track across multiple iconic beauty brands.
What you'll Gain:
End-to-end livestream mastery: from scheduling and studio operations to KOL coordination and campaign standby, you'll covers every layer of how high-performing livestream actually runs at scale
Multi-brand platform fluency: managing TikTok Shop and Shopee across an entire brand portfolio
People leadership: coaching e-consultants, running weekly team meetings, and conducting 1-on-1s builds your team management capability
Commercial acumen through live performance data: daily GMV tracking, conversion monitoring, and incentive calculations give you a sharp, numbers-driven lens on how livestream directly moves business result
What you bring:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in livestream operations, e-commerce, or digital content management
Experience supervising or managing a team of hosts, e-consultants, or content creators
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and Shopee livestream mechanics, performance metrics, and platform tools; Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center and Shopee Brand Portal
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-brand schedules and coordinate across multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Comfortable with performance data — able to track, analyze, and report GMV, traffic, and conversion metrics
High attention to detail with strong follow-through on both operational and administrative tasks
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and campaign standby periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal teams, agencies, and platform partners
Experience with TikTok Shop ads optimization and affiliate/creator programs
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems for invoice and accrual processing
Background in beauty, skincare, or premium FMCG category
Experience coordinating with MCN agencies and external KOL partners
Strongly preferred:
Candidates who have held a Livestream Manager or Supervisor role at a market leading brand company, overseeing live hosts, scheduling, and performance
Candidates who have worked as a Livestream Trainer at a market-leading brand company, responsible for developing and coaching e-consultants or live hosts
