Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospective customers to understand business requirements and operational processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
- Prepare solution designs, technical proposals, implementation scope, and project effort estimations.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and related Microsoft Business Applications.
- Collaborate with the Sales team throughout the entire sales cycle until project closure.
- Prepare pre-sales documentation including RFI, RFP, RFQ, Statement of Work (SOW), and other technical documents as required.
- Work closely with Delivery and Functional Consultant teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and successfully implemented.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft Business Applications and recommend the most suitable solutions for customers.
- Support seminars, webinars, workshops, and Microsoft events as a technical presenter when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an ERP Pre-Sales Consultant or Solution Consultant.
- Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (Finance & Operations) or Dynamics 365 Business Central across at least 1–2 full project lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including: Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Sales Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing (preferred)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with both business users and management.
- Experience preparing solution proposals, technical documentation, and customer presentations.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
