Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, etc.) to align SAP functionality with business needs
Provide user support and training related to SAP modules
Analyze business processes and recommend SAP-based solutions
Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with external consultants or vendors when required
Participate in SAP implementation, migration, or upgrade projects
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC
Experience in relevant SAP modules (FI/CO preferred, MM/SD is a plus)
Proficient in English (mandatory)
Ability to communicate in Japanese is highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing industry
Experience in SAP implementation or migration projects
SAP certification is an advantage
