  2. Pengalaman di bidang Financial/Perbankan atau sejenis. Diutamakan Pembiayaan Bisnis, minimal 4 tahun.

  3. Pernah memimpin tim atau supervisor/team leader, minimal 2 tahun.

  4. Mampu dalam mengelola manajemen tim lapangan dan coaching harian.

  5. Mampu menjembatani komunikasi operasional dan strategi antara kantor pusat dan tim cabang.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  1. Mempersiapkan rencana dan strategi akuisisi pembiayaan untuk IFO di bawah koordinasinya.

  2. Melakukan supervisi terhadap seluruh kegiatan harian yang dilakukan oleh IFO yang berkaitan dengan akuisisi, account maintenance, dan penanganan nasabah bermasalah.

  3. Memiliki kewenangan pejabat BWMP yang memberikan putusan atas plafon dan tenor pembiayaan.
