Role & Responsibilities :

• Assess the patent feasibility of innovations based on novelty, inventive steps , and industrial application

• Conduct a prior art search to identify potential conflicts or similarities with existing patents

• Drafting patent filling documents , including technical details of innovations

• Provide strategic recommendations related to intellectual property protections

• Provide strategic recommendations related to intellectual property protection.

• Ensure the patent document meets the legal requirements of the patent office ( ex : DJKI, USPTO, EPO )

• Supports the process of communication and response the examinations from the patent office

Qualification :

• Minimum Educationof S1 Science , Pharmacy .

• 2-4 years of experience in patent filling or intellectual property field.

• In depth understanding of national and international patent systems

• Mastery of patent search tools such as Espacent , WIPO

• Ability to draft strong and strategic patent claims

• Familiar with process of responding to Office Action & examination patent
