Qualifications
Minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Main Technician, preferably in a manufacturing environment (Utility/HVAC experience is an advantage)
Proficient in operating production and utility machines, with strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of Mechatronics, including PLC and Automation systems
Good communication skills
Able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Understanding of basic Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) principles
Fluent in English (Preferred)
Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang
Job Description
Operate and monitor WTP, WWTP, HVAC, and utility systems to ensure optimal performance
Prepare and submit activity reports in accordance with established schedules
Perform maintenance and repairs on production machines, utility systems, and supporting equipment
Analyze machine issues and implement effective troubleshooting solutions
Modify and improve machines to enhance safety, reliability, and operational efficiency
Execute tasks assigned by the supervisor, both directly and indirectly related to job responsibilities
Update and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs and standard procedures
Compile and manage data related to machine requirements and operational needs
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and actively implement HSE practices
