This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is confident owning the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing to closing candidates.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter with a strong agency recruitment background who can independently manage the end-to-end hiring process. This role requires a proactive, results-driven recruiter who excels at outbound sourcing, manages high-volume pipelines, and consistently delivers hires across multiple vacancies.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of making placements through proactive sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray techniques, rather than relying solely on inbound applicants.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers, and closing candidates. Conduct high-volume outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referral networks, Google X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing methods. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple open positions. Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify talent through both traditional and non-traditional channels. Utilise Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover hard-to-find candidates. Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines. Track recruitment activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring performance to optimise results. Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality standards. Confidently negotiate offers and drive candidates through to successful placement.Requirements3+ years of agency recruitment experience (mandatory).Proven track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement. Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray sourcing techniques.Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments. Proven ability to source candidates independently rather than relying primarily on inbound applications. Experience managing multiple active vacancies simultaneously. Strong candidate closing and offer management skills. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working with ATS, CRM systems, and recruitment technology platforms. Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven.
