Job Overview:
To support the company's financial operations by ensuring accurate financial recording, timely reporting, tax compliance, cash flow monitoring, and implementation of internal controls across all LaundryHub business operations and outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Operations
• Process and record daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Monitor company cash inflows and outflows.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
• Verify payment requests and supporting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts and cash balances regularly.
2. Financial Report & Accounting
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial documentation.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
3. Tax Administration & Compliance
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports.
• Calculate and process tax obligations.
• Prepare tax reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors when required.
• Monitor updates in tax regulations and recommend necessary actions.
