This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineer who thrives in a cloud-first environment and enjoys building secure, distributed systems that power financial services applications.What You’ll DoDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and C#Build modern, responsive front-end applications using React and JavaScriptDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservicesArchitect and implement cloud-native solutions in AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.)Write and optimize database queries using SQL Server and/or PostgreSQLContribute to system architecture and technical design decisionsApply secure coding practices aligned with financial services standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with product, business, and engineering teamsTroubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance when neededWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practicesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of professional software development experienceStrong experience with C# and .NET CoreHands-on experience with AWS cloud servicesExperience with React and modern JavaScript frameworksSolid experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQLExperience building and consuming RESTful APIsStrong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectureExperience with Azure DevOps (or similar CI/CD tools)Knowledge of application security best practicesStrong English communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentWhy Join Continental Finance?Since 2005, CFC has serviced over 2.6 million credit cards and continues to innovate within the financial technology space.
