We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent with at least one (1) year of experience in a customer service or call center environment. The successful candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, resolve customer concerns, provide accurate information, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, quality, attendance, and productivity.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or BPO environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education is an advantage).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM or customer support software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
